All of the rooms have new private baths with showers, air conditioning, ceiling fans, color cable television with premium channels, VCR and DVD players, wireless Internet and heated mattress pads with dual controls so no one has to argue over the settings. Many have hand stitched quilts adorning the beds and all have handmade stained glass lamps to add a warm glow to thesurroundings. Each has it's own unique personality and theme offering a variety from which to choose.

If you rent the entire house, additional members of your party may occupy the Common Room which is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa at a charge of $40 for one person and $65 for two. Bathroom facilities would have to be shared. A rollaway bed is available that can be used in a few of the rooms at an additional charge of $20 for adults and children over 10.

We require either a one-night deposit or a credit card confirmation to hold a reservation. We offer a full refund if advance notice of cancellation is made within one week of the check-in arrival date, two weeks for holidays and long weekends. Cancellations without advance notice are refundable if the room can be filled. Cancellations for bookings made within the week will be charged for one night unless the room can be rebooked. |
